Routine Appointments

All Well Care and Sick Appointments can be made via the portal. Please log into your portal account on the website.

(Appointments can also be made as necessary via Klara.)

Teledoc Appointments

Scheduling a telehealth visit:


Contact the office via Klara to schedule. Make sure that your camera and microphone are enabled for the visit and you have your child’s weight, thermometer (if available), and any pertinent information handy at the beginning of the visit. All Televisits will be filed with your insurance.

Weekend Clinics

Weekend Clinics 



Weekend clinics are available most weekends during the year; based on need and Dr Raley’s schedule. Hours for the clinic are posted in the Facebook group and on the portal by Saturday morning; when available.


Clinic times are limited and are for acute illness only. Behavioral Issues and Well Check Visits are not performed during weekend clinic hours.

Well Child Visit

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Preventive care promotes healthy growth and development. Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health. Dr Raley requires all patients to schedule a yearly well check.

Sick Child Visits

It is possible to obtain an appointment for an acute illness on the same day, please use the portal.. Due to time constraints, we ask that you make a separate appointment for each child to be seen. If you feel that your child might be highly infectious, please inform us at the time you make the appointment. We may request that you enter through an alternative door to avoid exposing other patients.
