If an emergency should arise, please call 911.



Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc.

In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.

After Hours

For after hours questions about your child please use Signal. https://signal.org/ You can find Dr. Raley by searching him by user name: @drraley.60

Questions during the day can be sent through our patient portal. Questions sent during office hours will reviewed by our staff and Dr Raley as necessary.

Any questions during or after hours, may require an appointment. Any questions with pictures or requesting medical advice will incur a telemedicine visit.

After hours nurse is available after 5:00pm. There is a charge for contact the after hours nurse.

Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, prescription refills) for the morning. We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the office.
