Our office is located at and Memorial. We are on the west side of Memorial on Street (the street sign is red). You can't see us from the road, so don't be alarmed! The office park is Avalon Park on Memorial and we are in the back of the--sac on St. If you still can't seem to locate us, give us a call and we will be more than happy to give you directions!
Dr. Raley makes every effort to see you at your appointment time. Please make every effort in return to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time. This allows Dr. Raley to meet the needs of all his patients throughout the day and avoid the possibility of us having to reschedule your appointment.

During the slower months, Dr. Raley takes Thursday afternoons off. On Thursday, please call in the morning to schedule an appointment for that day.
During the peak months of sickness in fall and winter, a Saturday clinic will be made available as necessary. See blog for Saturday clinic details.
Office Hours
On Thursday mornings, Dr. Raley conducts home visits. Traveling with a nurse to different communities in the metro area, Dr. Raley will visit the patient at home and perform a complete well child examination, including vitals and immunizations. Home visits benefit the patient because they allow Dr. Raley to spend even more time one-on-one with the patients and their parents without having to leave home. Patients living in the Tulsa metro area that need routine well examinations for 2 months and 18 months are eligible for home visits.

Dr. Raley is always available by pager by dialing our main number 918-398-7170. Patients can also send Dr. Raley or th nurse a message using this website's Patient Login feature.
Dr. Raley takes two vacations a year during non peak sickness time. During those times, a doctor will be filling in for him at his office. The nursing and administrative staff will be available during those times to continue to provide you with service you are accustomed to. Dr. Raley has access to all patient files while on vacation and checks them daily.
